Episode 130 - Devan Blake Jones

Devan Blake Jones is a Singer/Songwriter and Guitarist from Denver, Colorado. He grew up in a musical household and it was natural for him to pursue a singing career. Devan began singing in church as well as in his high school choirs. He was featured on Season 11 and Season 12 of American Idol. Most recently, Devan smooth and soulful vocal capabilities were featured on Season 20 of The Voice on Team Nick. “The top part of your register where you really opened up with the chorus, really spoke to me.” said Nick Jonas about his performance of “Hard Place” by H.E.R.

Tori Kelly’s 2015 album “Unbreakable Smile” had a strong influence in his musical journey. In November, Devan performed at the 44th Annual Denver Film Festival.
