Episode 140 - Arei Moon

Arei Moon is an American vocalist of Cape Verdean descent born in Boston and raised in Orlando.
 
She grew up most of her life singing for talent shows, performing at events, opening up venues and concerts, both national and international, and for major artists such as LL Cool J and Trina. Arei has been the gleam of prestigious world renowned B.B King’s Blues Club in Orlando where she was bestowed the title of lead singer/performer for their nightly shows. Arei has also been in many competitions, the likes of which she gained stardom.
 
Such competitions include: American Idol where she was invited to Hollywood and then went on to win the 2017 Orlando Idol Competition. In 2020, Arei competed in Season 18 of The Voice as a member of Team Nick Jonas moving forward into the Top 17.
 
Best known for crafting music in the R&B/Pop genre, her melodic abilities and dynamic vocal range were realized since youth. Beyond that moment, Arei manifested her passion and God given gift into a career.
