Episode 225 - Jose Figueroa Jr.

Jose Figueroa Jr. is a multi-award winning Gospel Recording Artist and Pastor, born and raised in New York, whose love of music began at 3 years old. However, it wasn’t until he had his first professional gig that he realized his singing could be more than just a hobby. Since then, he has had the privilege and honor to entertain and uplift audiences all over the world.

Some of his most recent industry accomplishments include finishing as a Top 12 Contestant on Season 20 of NBC’s “The Voice,” scoring a record deal with BlackSmoke Music Worldwide, and having just returned home from a contract in Paris, France, where he had the privilege of playing the role of Simba in Disneyland Paris’, “The Lion King: Rhythms of the Pride Lands.” With over 20+ years in the business, Jose doesn’t appear to be stopping anytime soon.

Outside of the entertainment business, Jose holds many other titles/roles – highly sought after Zumba Instructor, COO of Overflowing Fountain Outreach Ministries, CEO/Founder of Simply Entertainment Productions, and Senior Pastor of Restoring Relationships Christian Center.

Jose attributes all of his success to his relationship with God. His mantra is “Blessed to be a Blessing, Called to Make a Difference, Dedicated to Changing Lives.”
