Episode 89 - Caitlin Caporale

Singing soulful music has always been Caitlin Caporale’s calling. She is influenced by Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson and Christina Aguilera, Caitlin is adding her passionate voice to the world of popular music. Her debut EP, Canvas, which is available on all digital platforms, is a blend of Pop and Soul. Her voice is authentically emotional, yet uplifting. Infused with smooth dynamic vocals that exude a heartfelt message.
 
She actively participated in local singing competitions and chorus in school. Since her early teen years, Caitlin’s fan base began to emerge via Youtube while adding her unique twist to popular cover songs. At 15, Caitlin wrote her first original song and developed a passion for expressing herself.
 
In 2011, Caitlin performed on the television show, EXTRA and the stars aligned when she won the opportunity to sing for Christina Aguilera. She impressed the Grammy award winner with her powerful acapella version of Aguilera’s “Lift Me Up.” Little did Caitlin know she would be singing with Christina Aguilera 4 years later. 
 
Caitlin made her National Debut on NBC’s hit television show, The Voice. She showed the world that she could sing effortlessly and go toe to toe with Christina Aguilera. The two performed an epic unrehearsed duet of Aguilera’s “Impossible.” It was on Season 8 on Team Pharrell, where she was mentored by Lionel Richie and Nate Ruess from “FUN.” Today, Her blind audition has reached over 10+ million views nationwide.
 
After a successful run on The Voice, Caitlin performed for thousands at one of the largest summer events in New York, The K104.7 Summer Concert-KFest in June 2015. She fiercely opened the show alongside mega stars Robin Thicke, Flo Rida, Charlie XCX and more. Caitlin continues to write and perform and plans to release new music soon.
